| dc.description | The way we live within a company is very important for everyone, we stay many hours at work, causing not only physical fatigue, but also mental fatigue. Nowadays the level of work stress has increased considerably in the institutions, therefore, an organization that cares about its staff, must properly manage its organizational climate and culture. Not leaving it to chance, but rather planning at all times the relationships and factors that could affect the company. Based on the above, this paper studies the definition of organizational climate, the elements of work climate, human behavior in organizations and the intervention and strengthening of work climate. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | La forma en que se vive dentro de una empresa es muy importante para todos, se permanecen muchas horas en el trabajo, causando además de fatiga física, la mental. Hoy en día el nivel de estrés laboral ha aumentado considerablemente en las instituciones, de este modo, una organización que le interesa su personal, deberá gestionar adecuadamente su clima y cultura organizacional. No dejándolo al azar, más bien planificando en todo momento las relaciones y factores que pudieran afectar a la empresa. Con base en lo anterior, la presente lectura estudia la definición de clima organizacional, los elementos del clima laboral, la conducta humana en las organizaciones y la intervención y fortalecimiento del clima laboral. | es |
