dc.description	In this reference of thought, the master's students will face the need to answer the question: What are the applicable principles to give shape to an undertaking that becomes a company? In addition, they must make a deliverable report on how to present or what are the elements that this must contain to present it to incubators and/or accelerators to transform the idea or entrepreneurial project into a viable company. It is essential to achieve the previous objective that the master's student learns to identify and apply the steps that must be taken into account to give shape to said undertaking, which is why it is necessary to learn to undertake through the lean startup method, the Extreme Programming XP method, the Kanban method, the Agile inception method and the Design sprint method to emprendeSER. In this axis you will find the practical applicable tools such as the websites of the incubators and accelerators to convert a business idea and entrepreneurship into a company.	es
dc.description.abstract	En el presente referente de pensamiento, los maestrantes se enfrentarán a la necesidad de responder a la pregunta: ¿Principios aplicables para dar forma a un emprendimiento que se convierta en empresa? Además, debe realizar un informe entregable sobre cómo presentar o cuales son los elementos que debe contener este para presentarlo ante incubadoras y/o aceleradoras para transformar la idea o proyecto de emprendimiento en una empresa viable. Es fundamental para lograr el objetivo anterior, que el maestrante aprenda a identificar y a aplicar los pasos que se deben tener en cuenta para dar forma a dicho emprendimiento, por lo cual se requiere aprender a emprender a través del método lean startup, del método Extreme Programming XP, del método Kanban, del método Agile inception y del método Design sprint para emprendeSER. En el presente eje encontrará las herramientas aplicables prácticas como los sitios web de las incubadoras y aceleradoras para convertir una idea de negocio y emprendimiento en una empresa.	es
