Knowing the behavior in organizations is of great importance in the training process, no matter what the profession is, the real thing is to understand what surrounds the environment of organizations and individuals. Knowing the best techniques for teamwork will undoubtedly allow the student to know the correct relationship with the environment and practical application. Before fully studying the laws, it is important to define organizational behavior. According to Robbins (2013) it is a field of study that investigates the effect that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organizations, in order to apply this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of organizations. | dc.description.abstract | El presente material representa un resumen extraído del libro "Las 17 leyes incuestionables del trabajo en equipo" de John Maxwell. Conocer el comportamiento en las organizaciones es de mucha importancia en el proceso de formación, no importa cuál sea la profesión, lo verdadero es comprender lo que rodea el entorno de las organizaciones y los individuos. Conocer las mejores técnicas para el trabajo en equipo, indiscutiblemente permitirá al estudiante conocer la correcta relación con el entorno y aplicación práctica. Antes de entrar a estudiar de lleno las leyes es importante definir comportamiento organizacional. Según Robbins (2013) es un campo de estudio que investiga el efecto que tienen los individuos, grupos y estructura en el comportamiento dentro de las organizaciones, con objeto de aplicar dicho conocimiento en mejorar la efectividad de las organizaciones.
