Abstract:
"En este proyecto de investigación se llevó a cabo mediante diferentes herramientas de exploración como la entrevista y la encuesta anónima con el fin de descubrir el impacto negativo que puede generar a los colaboradores de una empresa su nivel de endeudamiento y cómo esto, a su vez, impacta el clima laboral de la misma. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se seleccionó una empresa dedicada a prestar servicios y productos de índole financieros y, específicamente, el estudio se desarrolla en un área de aproximadamente setenta colaboradores, entre ellos jefes, supervisores operativos y ejecutivos de call center que se dedican a brindar servicio al cliente, vender y retener a los clientes. Los resultados de este estudio brindan un importante insumo para accionar sobre esta problemática que no solo se limita a afectar nocivamente al colaborador con respecto a su salud física, mental, emocional, sino que, paralelamente afecta el ambiente laboral de la empresa, lo cual, de manera muy precisa fue evidenciado en el desarrollo de este estudio.
Además, al finalizar este proyecto de investigación se brindan una serie de acciones que pretenden mitigar la problemática que esto genera, acciones que no son únicamente reactivas, si no también preventivas, esto con el fin de que el programa propuesto no discrimine a la población que se recién se reincorpore a la empresa ni al personal activo dentro de ella.

This research project was carried out using different exploration tools such as interviews and anonymous surveys to discover the negative impact that level of debt can cause on employees from a company and how this, in turn, impacts their work environment.
To develop this research, a company dedicated to providing financial services and products was selected and, specifically, the study is carried out in an area of approximately seventy employees, including bosses, operational supervisors and call center executives who are dedicated to provide customer service, sell, and retain customers. The result of this study provides important input to act on this problem that is not only limited to harmfully affecting the collaborator on a physical, mental, and emotional field, but in parallel affects the work environment of the company, which, in a very precise way was evidenced in the development of this study. Furthermore, at the end of this research project, a series of actions are provided that aim to mitigate the problems that the level of debt of a company employees generates, actions that are not only reactive, but also preventive, so that the proposed program does not discriminate against the population that have just joined the company or active personnel within it.
