Abstract:
El presente trabajo analiza los principales problemas que enfrenta el Ministerio de Educación en relación con la educación especial en los centros educativos, considerando aspectos como la aplicación de metodologías pedagógicas, los lineamientos, objetivos, contenidos y estrategias utilizadas por el personal docente. Asimismo, aborda la asignación presupuestaria, la infraestructura y la disponibilidad de espacios adecuados para atender las necesidades de esta población estudiantil.
Además, se examina el impacto de estas condiciones en los niños y niñas con necesidades educativas especiales, así como los desafíos que enfrenta el sistema educativo para garantizar una atención inclusiva y de calidad. En este contexto, se destaca la importancia de fortalecer la capacitación docente y proporcionar mejores herramientas de planificación y enseñanza que permitan atender de manera adecuada tanto al estudiantado con necesidades especiales como al regular, en concordancia con el enfoque de educación inclusiva.
