It constitutes an independent discipline because it establishes an order within the Regime of Rights. Etymologically, it comes from the Latin statuare, statum, which means to regulate, to order, to regulate. Likewise, at the legal level, the Constitution establishes a series of norms, laws and fundamental rights of the organization.	es

Se constituye en una disciplina independiente porque realiza un orden dentro del Régimen de Derechos. Etimológicamente proviene del latín statuare, statum que significa reglar, ordenar, regular. Asimismo, a nivel jurídico la Constitución conforma una serie de normas, leyes y derechos fundamentales de la organización.	es
