Abstract:
La Constitución es la ley fundamental de la organización y también se
constituye en el ordenamiento jurídico del Poder del Estado. Se constituye
en una disciplina independiente porque realiza un orden dentro del
Régimen de Derechos. Etimológicamente proviene del latín statuare, statum que significa reglar, ordenar, regular. Asimismo, a nivel jurídico la Constitución conforma una serie de normas, leyes y derechos fundamentales de la organización.

The Constitution is the fundamental law of the organization and also constitutes the legal order of the State Power. It constitutes an independent discipline because it establishes an order within the Regime of Rights. Etymologically, it comes from the Latin statuare, statum, which means to regulate, to order, to regulate. Likewise, at the legal level, the Constitution establishes a series of norms, laws and fundamental rights of the organization.
