dc.description	In the contextualization of Chapter II of the TFG, the Theoretical Framework is responsible, which is defined as a demonstration of our position as researchers, of the ideas with which we relate and the judgments that we share with other authors. Therefore, the theory used in this chapter must be treated in an orderly and coherent manner, specifying which authors and concepts are going to be used and why. The purpose is to create a unified body of criteria that serves to understand and analyze the proposed topic, everything related to the topic to be investigated is the chapter that contains the most citations and bibliographic references. Finally, it is important to take into account that if there are theoretical inaccuracies they translate into methodological inaccuracies (Ulate and Vargas, 2016). Knowing the above, the theoretical framework is written as a personal, original writing, in which we are going to establish the concepts that we will use throughout our research. We are not going to invent these concepts, of course, that is why we were reviewing the literature on our topic. What it is about is articulating our objectives and ideas here with what we have learned from other authors (Perez, Perez, and Seca, 2020). Therefore, this section will serve as support for the research and will later be returned to discuss the results. In this regard, for Sautu et al. (2005, cited by Arias and Cangalaya, 2021) the theoretical framework "constitutes a corpus of concepts of different levels of abstraction articulated together that guide the way of apprehending reality" (p. 34). Finally, the TFG should generally develop this chapter between 50 to 100 pages, which are divided into Situational Framework and Conceptual Framework.	es
dc.description.abstract	En la contextualización del capítulo II del TFG compete al Marco Teórico el cual se define como una demostración de nuestra postura como investigadores, de las ideas con las que nos relacionamos y los juicios que compartimos con otros autores. Por lo tanto, la teoría utilizada en este capítulo debe tratarse de forma ordenada y coherente, especificar cuáles autores y conceptos se van a utilizar y por qué. El propósito es crear un cuerpo unificado de criterios que sirva para comprender y analizar el tema propuesto, todo lo referente al tema a investigar es el capítulo que contiene más citas y referencias bibliográficas. Finalmente, es importante tomar en cuenta que si hay imprecisiones teóricas se traducen en imprecisiones metodológicas (Ulate y Vargas, 2016). Conociendo lo anterior, el marco teórico se redacta como un escrito personal, original, en cual vamos a dejar sentados los conceptos que utilizaremos a lo largo de nuestra investigación. Estos conceptos no vamos a inventarlos nosotros, claro, para eso estuvimos haciendo la revisión de la literatura sobre nuestro tema. De lo que se trata es de articular aquí nuestros objetivos e ideas con lo aprendido de otros autores (Perez, Perez, y Seca, 2020). Por lo tanto, este apartado servirá de sustento a la investigación y que, posteriormente, se retomará para realizar la discusión de resultados. Al respecto, para Sautu et al. (2005, citado por Arias y Cangalaya, 2021) el marco teórico "constituye un corpus de conceptos de diferentes niveles de abstracción articulados entre sí que orientan la forma de aprehender la realidad" (p. 34). Finalmente, el TFG por lo general deberá desarrollarse este capítulo entre 50 a 100 páginas, las cuales se dividen en Marco Situacional y Marco Conceptual.	es
