| dc.description | The theoretical foundation through which this thought process will be oriented will allow the establishment of reflection and analysis processes in relation to the following concepts: customs regulations in Colombia, the requirements that must be met in an import process, as well as the import regimes: definitive, suspensive, transformation and/or assembly and special. With the objective of answering the following question: How, based on the conceptual foundations established in the current customs regulations, can the requirements necessary to carry out an import process be established? As the topics proposed in the thought reference are developed, the student will be able to identify the customs regulation in force, the requirements that must be met before the customs authority, as well as the import regimes (definitive, suspensive, transformation and/or assembly and special); for this reason the structure that the reader will find is composed of: the thought reference, complementary readings, a glossary of terms, in addition to resources and learning activities. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | La fundamentación teórica por medio de la cual estará orientado el presente referente de pensamiento permitirá establecer procesos de reflexión y análisis en relación con los siguientes conceptos: la regulación aduanera en Colombia, las exigencias que se deben cumplir en un proceso de importación, así como los regímenes de importación: definitiva, suspensivos, transformación y/o ensamble y especiales. Con el objetivo de dar respuesta a el siguiente cuestionamiento: ¿Cómo a partir de los fundamentos conceptuales establecidos en la norma aduanera vigente, se pueden establecer los requisitos necesarios para realizar un proceso de importación? A medida que se vayan desarrollando los temas propuestos en el referente de pensamiento, el estudiante podrá identificar la regulación aduanera vigente, las exigencias que se deben cumplir ante la autoridad aduanera, así como los regímenes de importación (definitiva, suspensivos, transformación y/o ensamble y especiales); por tal razón la estructura que va a encontrar el lector está compuesta por: el referente de pensamiento, las lecturas complementarias, un glosario de términos, además de recursos y actividades de aprendizaje. | es |
