Abstract:

El Estado a través de la política fiscal busca configurar su presupuesto dirigiendo acciones sobre los componentes del ingreso y gastos con el fin de asegurar la estabilidad económica de la sociedad. Por su parte, el sistema tributario tiene como fin asegurar los recursos que se necesitan para financiar el gasto.

Description:

Through fiscal policy, the State seeks to shape its budget, directing actions on the components of income and expenditure to ensure society's economic stability. The tax system, for its part, aims to secure the resources needed to finance expenditures.
