Abstract:
Un problema que se presenta frecuentemente en los procesos de compraventa es el de determinar el grupo de bienes o servicios que satisfacen las necesidades de los posibles compradores. Para resolver este problema es conveniente personalizar los productos que, potencialmente, se desean adquirir a través de un número finito de atributos. Los objetos válidos serán aquellos para los que los atributos asociados superen unos valores prefijados. Es importante considerar que definir los verdaderos valores de los atributos suele ser un proceso de alta complejidad el anhelo de las organizaciones de mejorar de forma ficticia los productos. Por las razones anteriormente expuestas se necesita de un modelo que permite al comprador aumentar su credibilidad respecto a los valores con que perfilan los comerciantes sus productos. Este modelo se basa en la información que el comprador puede obtener de los vendedores.

A problem that frequently arises in the buying and selling process is that of determining the group of goods or services that satisfy the needs of potential buyers. To solve this problem it is convenient to customize the products that, potentially, are desired to be acquired through a finite number of attributes. Valid objects will be those for which the associated attributes exceed preset values. It is important to consider that defining the true values of the attributes is usually a highly complex process, as the organizations' desire to fictitiously improve the products. For the above reasons, a model is needed that allows the buyer to increase his credibility with respect to the values with which marketers profile their products. This model is based on the information that the buyer can obtain from sellers.
