dc.description	The following final graduation work was prepared in the SME of Mrs. Cynthia Castillo Jiménez, holder of the ID 5-0311-0519 located in Liberia, Guanacaste, this small family business does not have the necessary information that allows them to know either internally or externally the situation of their family business, through the investigation of the hand of its owner, a SWOT analysis will be carried out where it will allow to know in detail the situation in which it is, as well as a survey of its clients of the satisfaction of the service, the products that it provides and finally to know the different alliances that allow it to strengthen the bases to consolidate itself in the market, also if there is any help from the government financially where this entrepreneur can strengthen her business and allow it to maintain itself over time. The purpose of this beautiful final work is a better projection so that its owner, not being a person who does not have previous knowledge in the field of administration, can use this study so that at a financial and structural level, it has greater success.	es
dc.description.abstract	El siguiente trabajo final de graduación fue elaborado en la pyme de doña Cynthia Castillo Jiménez, portadora de la cedula 5-0311-0519 ubicada en Liberia, Guanacaste, esta pequeña empresa familiar no cuenta con información necesaria que les permita conocer ya sea interna como externa la situación de su negocio familiar, mediante la investigación de la mano de su propietaria se estará realizando un análisis FODA donde permitirá conocer por detalle la situación en que se encuentra, como también una encuesta a sus clientes de la satisfacción del servicio, los productos que esta brinda y finalmente conocer las diferentes alianzas que le permitan reforzar las bases para consolidarse en el mercado, también si existe alguna ayuda de parte del gobierno financieramente donde esta emprendedora pueda reforzar su negocio y permita mantenerse a través del tiempo. La finalidad de este hermoso trabajo final es una mejor proyección para que su propietaria al no ser una persona que no tiene un conocimiento previo en el ámbito de la administración puede utilizar este estudio para que a nivel financiero y estructural tenga un mayor éxito.	es
