Abstract:
La presente lectura busca analizar, de manera clara, los aspectos relativos a la validez de los actos administrativos y su regulación legal. Adicionalmente, se estudiará lo respectivo a las distintas formas de comunicación existentes de los actos administrativos, las potestades de auto tutela administrativa y las formas para subsanar los defectos que presente un acto administrativo en particular.

The present reading seeks to analyze, in a clear way, the aspects related to the validity of administrative acts and their legal regulation. Additionally, the respective existing forms of communication of administrative acts, the powers of administrative self-protection and the forms to correct the defects that a particular administrative act presents will be studied.
