La presente lectura estudia las distintas formas que existen de relacionarse con la Administración Pública. Se pretende explicar también conceptos como: administrado, administrado simple y cualificado, derecho subjetivo, interés legítimo y sus diversas modalidades, relaciones de sujeción general y
especial, entre otras.
