La sociedad está compuesta por personas que reúnen diversas características y formas de vivir y ver la vida, pero ¿qué sucede cuando estas diferencias se manifiestan en las empresas o en las organizaciones? Por fortuna, actualmente existe una mayor conciencia sobre la pluralidad de ideas y pensamientos, identidades y culturas. Los entornos empresariales influyen en la dinámica global, pero la dinámica global también influye en los entornos empresariales. Es por esa razón que en un mundo tan diverso resulta cada vez más necesario e importante que las empresas trasciendan la idea de una planilla homogénea para dar paso a una más heterogénea.
