Abstract:
El presente artículo tiene como fin, mostrarle al lector una triangulación entre la perspectiva administrativa, jurídica y en temas de rendición de cuentas y las gestiones ingentes que ha realizado el gobierno para establecer centro de inspección remoto en todas sus instituciones que permita brindar servicios oportunos, claros y transparentes, como es en el SICOP, aunque ha sido un proceso largo se vislumbra positivo estas medidas ya que según estudios de la Contraloría General de la Republica se ha incrementado la conformidad del usuario. Ahora bien, otro punto importante es la tipicidad de las malas prácticas así como el control interno y la ley de enriquecimiento ilícito que permite incrementar controles para disminuir el mal uso de los recursos.

The purpose of this article is to show the reader a triangulation between the administrative, legal and accountability perspective and the enormous efforts that the government has made to establish a remote inspection center in all its institutions that allows providing timely services, clear and transparent, as it is in SICOP, although it has been a long process, these measures are seen as positive since, according to studies by the Comptroller General of the Republic, user compliance has increased. However, another important point is the typicity of bad practices as well as internal control and the illicit enrichment law that allows increasing controls to reduce the misuse of resources.
