Abstract:
A través de la presente lectura, se busca efectuar un recorrido por las distintas formas de manifestación de la conducta administrativa, con el fin de establecer las diferencias entre actos y hechos de la Administración, conductas formales y actividades materiales, así como las omisiones formales y materiales, dentro de ellas, también analizar lo respectivo al silencio negativo y positivo de la Administración.

Through this reading, we seek to take a tour of the different forms of manifestation of administrative behavior, in order to establish the differences between acts and facts of the Administration, formal behaviors and material activities, as well as formal omissions and materials, within them, also analyze the respective negative and positive silence of the Administration.
