Abstract:
La presente lectura pretende explicar la manera en cómo se organiza la Administración Pública costarricense, los grandes centros de imputación de poder como la Administración Centralizada y los entes descentralizados; al analizar quienes componen cada uno de ellos, los elementos de la relación de dirección intersubjetiva o tutela administrativa, los grados de autonomía de cada ente, el fenómeno de la desconcentración, la relación de jerarquía, entre otros.

This reading aims to explain the way in which the Costa Rican Public Administration is organized, the great power allocation centers such as the Centralized Administration and decentralized entities; when analyzing who makes up each one of them, the elements of the relationship of intersubjective management or administrative supervision, the degrees of autonomy of each entity, the phenomenon of deconcentration, the relationship of hierarchy, among others.
