Abstract:
El esquema de APP no es desconocido para el ordenamiento jurídico
costarricense, contiene inclusive un fundamento Constitucional; por lo tanto, se ha permitido en la actualidad el pronunciamiento de una serie de leyes, reglamentos y disposiciones administrativas que regularizan el tema, pero de manera dispersa. En los siguientes apartados se describen algunos de los vinculantes con la participación privada según la normativa de Costa Rica.

The PPP scheme is not unknown to the Costa Rican legal system, it even contains a Constitutional basis, which is why the pronouncement of a series of laws, regulations and administrative provisions that regularize the issue has currently been allowed, but in a dispersed manner. The following sections describe some of the bindings with private participation according to Costa Rican regulations, as well as some figures that can be used as vehicles for the financing and management of Works, infrastructure and services projects for the future development of the country.
