Abstract:
La historia lo coloca, al final de la Edad Media, se organizaba por el mandato
del Rey, quien es elegido por la voluntad propia y se llena de poder, en él
se centralizaba la burocracia y el ejército, si fuese comparado con la
democracia en ejercicio, el Rey es el Poder Ejecutivo, el Poder Legislativo,
el Poder Judicial, bajo las órdenes, perjuicios, sabiduría y decisión del único
soberano.
La elección del Rey, es autónoma, tiene a cargo el ejército, se puede
observar que las clases sociales, fueron la realeza, alta nobleza, por
supuesto el clero, la nobleza media, los comerciantes y por supuesto los
pobres. El absolutismo, esta forma de Gobierno, impone casi antojadizamente,
cualquier norma jurídica, sanciones, condenas, tributos, ejercicios políticos,
ejercicios militares, las consultas eran planteadas al dios o dioses supremos,
puesto que el Rey simbolizaba a este.
