Antes del Siglo VXI, el pensamiento fue diferente, el Poder, se ejercía en base a un pensamiento parcelario, dato no literal, es un dato que somete a discusión el suscrito, las creencia y costumbres eran llevadas a cabo por los pobladores, muy localista.
