<title>Forma Gobierno - Estado absolutista</title>
<link>localhost/xmlui/handle/111506/2686</link>
<description>Forma Gobierno - Estado absolutista
Morera Venegas, Melvin
La historia lo coloca, al final de la Edad Media, se organizaba por el mandato&#13;
del Rey, quien es elegido por la voluntad propia y se llena de poder, en él&#13;
se centralizaba la burocracia y el ejército, si fuese comparado con la&#13;
democracia en ejercicio, el Rey es el Poder Ejecutivo, el Poder Legislativo,&#13;
el Poder Judicial, bajo las órdenes, perjuicios, sabiduría y decisión del único&#13;
soberano.&#13;
La elección del Rey, es autónoma, tiene a cargo el ejército, se puede&#13;
observar que las clases sociales, fueron la realeza, alta nobleza, por&#13;
supuesto el clero, la nobleza media, los comerciantes y por supuesto los&#13;
pobres. El absolutismo, esta forma de Gobierno, impone casi antojadizamente,&#13;
cualquier norma jurídica, sanciones, condenas, tributos, ejercicios políticos,&#13;
ejercicios militares, las consultas eran planteadas al dios o dioses supremos,&#13;
puesto que el Rey simbolizaba a este.
History places it at the end of the Middle Ages, it was organized by the reign of the King, who was elected by his own will and filled with power, in him the bureaucracy and the army were centralized, if it were compared with the democracy in exercise, the King is the Executive Power, the Legislative Power, the Judicial Power, under the orders, prejudices, wisdom and decision of the only sovereign.&#13;
The election of the King is autonomous, he is in charge of the army, it can be observed that the social classes were royalty, high nobility, of course the clergy, the middle nobility, the merchants and of course the poor.&#13;
Absolutism, this form of Government, imposes almost capriciously,&#13;
any legal norm, sanctions, sentences, tributes, political exercises,&#13;
military exercises, the consultations were raised to the supreme god or gods,&#13;
since the King symbolized this.

<description>Formas de Estado
Morera Venegas, Melvin
Mencionaremos algunas de las formas de Gobierno, al menos, las más&#13;
comunes, daremos una referencia de los menos comunes y alguna&#13;
profundización en los Estados que funcionan o han funcionado, procurando&#13;
crear una guía de investigación para cada uno de los lectores.&#13;
Como por ejemplo la religión, impulso una de las formas más raras, pues se&#13;
aprovechó de las circunstancias para obtener un Poder, el cual utilizó, para&#13;
crear las bases económicas que hoy podemos observar.
We will mention some of the forms of Government, at least the most&#13;
common ones, we will give a reference to the less common ones and some&#13;
depth analysis of the States that function or have functioned, trying to&#13;
create a research guide for each of the readers.&#13;
For example, religion promoted one of the rarest forms, since it&#13;
took advantage of the circumstances to obtain a Power, which it used to&#13;
create the economic bases that we can see today.

<title>Evolución del Estado</title>
<link>localhost/xmlui/handle/111506/2683</link>
<description>Evolución del Estado
Morera Venegas, Melvin
En esta lectura se revisará a nivel general a los pensadores liberales que&#13;
vivieron cerca del Siglo XVII, estos intelectuales que dieron origen, a través&#13;
de su pensamiento crítico, analítico de las vivencias políticas de ese&#13;
entonces, de alguna manera influenciaron, a los políticos del momento, a los&#13;
líderes y a los ostentadores de poder, para convertir su pensamiento en lo&#13;
que hoy conocemos como Estado, y las diversas formas políticas, en la que&#13;
hoy vivimos, figuras políticas de Estado, que nos brindan de manera&#13;
especial una protección más bajo el bloque de legalidad, de un Estado de&#13;
Derecho, o un Estado Social de Derecho.&#13;
Los llamados pensadores liberales, del siglo XVII, que mencionaremos esta&#13;
semana como son Tomás Hobbes, John Locke, Juan Jacobo Rousseau,&#13;
Montesquieu, Karl Max y Max Webber, intentando consolidar las ideas te&#13;
cada uno de ellos.
In this reading, we will review at a general level the liberal thinkers who lived around the 17th century. These intellectuals gave rise, through their critical, analytical thinking of the political experiences of that time, in some way influenced the politicians of the time, the leaders and the holders of power, to convert their thinking into what we know today as the State, and the various political forms in which we live today, political figures of the State, which give us in a special way more protection under the block of legality, of a State of Law, or a Social State of Law. The so-called liberal thinkers of the 17th century, who we will mention this week, are Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Montesquieu, Karl Max and Max Webber, trying to consolidate the ideas of each one of them.
